Doryan Dean has lived around the world, pursuing her vision of blending meaning and creativity in the arts and therapeutic venues. She was fortunate to work for Buckminster Fuller, where she learned principles that inspired her to create “The Mind is a Garden” Workshops, featured as art therapy games in the Roots & Wings book series she has written, available for purchase in later 2009.

Doryan studied art therapy through Antioch at The Creative Change Place in Calabasas, California. She opened her first center, Art/Spirit, in Malibu, California where she began integrating the ideas that art, spirituality and healing could help people live closer to their soul’s purpose and achieve deep happiness.

She took the Master/Teacher training for Reiki from England’s Seppie Hope, and is available for Reiki training and sessions. Doryan also makes custom Altars & Angels out of copper, wood & stone.
